My Teaching Approach
I teach a balance of dynamic Vinyasa flow and restorative Yin, blending movement with stillness. Each class offers mindful sequencing, optional hands-on support and the freedom to explore your practice in a way that feels authentic to you.
Yoga with me is more than a physical practice. It’s a somatic experience – a way to return to yourself, reconnect with your body and cultivate inner stillness. Strength and flexibility naturally unfold, but the deeper journey is one of presence and self-discovery.
For those who wish to go deeper, sessions can be complemented with Sound Healing or Reiki, either before or after your yoga practice, to support restoration, energetic balance and integration.
My goal is to hold a supportive, adaptable space where yoga meets you exactly as you are.

Senior Yoga

Senior Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed to improve mobility, maintain strength and enhance balance – all at a pace that feels right for you. With the use of props like chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters, the practice adapts to your body.

My Teaching Approach for Seniors
In the Western world, yoga is often pictured as advanced postures or acrobatic shapes. But true yoga is not about forcing the body into poses – it`s about meeting yourself where you are.
In Senior Yoga, I guide you through a mindful practice that emphasizes safety, comfort and gradual process. Movements are gentle yet effective, helping to maintain muscle mass, improve range of motion and support well-being.
With the support of props such as chairs, straps, blocks and bolsters, the practice becomes both safe and accessible – allowing you to move with confidence and comfort. These tools aren`t about limitations, but about creating freedom: freedom to explore postures in a way that works for your body, to build strength and flexibility at your own pace, and to expereince yoga as a practice of calm, presence and connection.

The best way to begin is by getting in touch with me directly. I offer a free introductory call where we can get to know each other, talk through your goals and needs and explore how yoga (and optional Reiki and Sound Healing) can best support you.
